BOARD

The board leads the Graduate Consulting Club and is responsible for defining the club’s strategy, developing new initiatives, and ensuring high-quality operations across all service lines. Each board member heads a specific area and works closely with the committee to deliver impactful activities for our members.

Manuel Bonaglia, President

Manuel is a medical student in his Master’s at the University of Basel, currently completing his thesis in Neurosurgery. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a deep interest in business and innovation, he has built a diverse portfolio of experiences alongside his medical studies, including roles in consulting, business development, and drug development. He is a Fellow of the Swiss Study Foundation and the Werner Siemens Foundation and is deeply passionate about creating impact through interdisciplinary collaboration. Manuel is driven by the intersection of medicine, entrepreneurship and strategic thinking. As President of the Graduate Consulting Club, he hopes to foster a space where students from all backgrounds can grow, collaborate and challenge themselves beyond the classroom.

Nina (Yaning) Han, Vice President

Nina is currently a Ph.D. student in Biochemistry at ETH Zürich. Before moving to Switzerland, she studied Biochemistry as an undergraduate in the U.S. and as a master’s student in Tübingen, Germany. With a strong interest in consulting and management, she joined GCC in 2024. Outside of her studies, Nina enjoys classical music and is an active member of student orchestras.

Jane Yap, Head of Operations and Finance

Jane is a master’s student in Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zurich, with a chemical engineering background and prior industry experience in manufacturing, sustainability research, and strategic analysis. She has worked across process engineering, facilities planning, and circular-economy policy projects, gaining a broad foundation in data-driven problem-solving and cross-functional international collaboration. Jane joined the Graduate Consulting Club in September 2025 as the Head of Operations and Finance. Together with the board, she aims to strengthen the club’s internal processes, continue the transparent financial stewardship, and enhance the experience of its growing community through streamlined operations and continuous improvement.

Urvashi Dalvi, Head of Partner Relations

Urvashi is a Ph.D. candidate in Neuroscience at the University of Zurich, where her research focuses on brain energy metabolism and the cellular mechanisms underlying aging and neuroinflammation. Originally from India, she earned her first Master’s degree in Biotechnology before moving to France for a second Master’s in Neuroscience, and then to Switzerland for her doctoral studies. Passionate about bridging science and business, Urvashi joined the Graduate Consulting Club in 2025 to explore how analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic communication can create real-world impact beyond academia. As Head of Partner Relations, she builds and nurtures relationships with leading consulting firms, ensuring GCC’s collaborations are impactful and forward-looking. Outside the lab and the boardroom, Urvashi is a foodie at heart, experimenting with recipes that mix Indian spices with European flavors and loves exploring new cities, cultures, and conversations.

Daniils Skorohodovs, Head of Internal Events

Daniils is a Master’s student in Human Medicine at the University of Zurich, having completed his Bachelor’s at ETH Zurich. Alongside his medical training, he has cultivated a strong interest in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, building experience across consulting initiatives, research collaborations, and student-led ventures. He is currently completing his master’s thesis with AiMedical, focusing on AI applications in medical imaging, and also works as an Investment Analyst at S2S Ventures. Daniils is a member of the Swiss Study Foundation and part of the TalentKick program. As Board Member for Internal Affairs at the Graduate Consulting Club, he aims to strengthen internal collaboration, foster a supportive team culture, and create opportunities for members to develop practical consulting skills and meaningful professional connections.

Danli Fei, Head of Communication & Marketing

Danli holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Zurich, where she worked at the intersection of microscopy and epigenetics. Originally from China, she completed her Bachelor’s degree before pursuing an M.Sc. in Plant Science at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. With a strong foundation in life sciences and hands-on experience in consulting, project management, and communication, she brings a global perspective and a passion for bridging science and business. Since May 2025, Danli has served as Head of Communication & Marketing at the GCC, where she leads outreach and visibility efforts. She is also PMP®-certified and actively volunteers with PMI Switzerland, committed to driving impact through innovation and collaboration.

Marco La Fortezza, Head of Consulting Services

Marco is a Senior Scientist with expertise in cellular signaling, genetics, developmental biology, and microbial evolution and ecology. Proven track record in scientific publications, project management, and mentoring. he leads diverse, inclusive teams and bridging multidisciplinary research areas. Marco adepts at addressing complex scientific questions from various perspectives while accommodating them to societal practical needs. He is part of the GCC since September 2024.

COMMITTEE

The Committee supports the Board in running the day-to-day activities of the club. Committee members help organize events, coordinate case workshops, develop content, manage member communications, and support our consulting projects.
